Hi-Spec XCEL Spreader
The Hi-Spec Xcel 1250 rear discharge spreader is Irish-built, but has proven to be one of the top spreaders in Africa. This robust machine is perfect for all African conditions. It is reliable and easy to maintain.
The XCEL rear discharge spreader provides precision manure spreading management. Our unique technology of the shredding rotor and spinning discs provide a precise application of manure. The spreading width of the XCEL is 24 metres, based on material. It has a capacity of 12 tonnes, and the load can be spread in approximately 3 minutes.
Our unique patented and proven chain and disc spreading achieves better consistency and much greater widths than a standard vertical auger spreader. The XCEL uses two high strength marine chains to convey the manure towards the rear beater. This hydraulically driven floor complete with box iron slats provides a constant flow of
manure to the shredding rotor.
Capable of handling a wider range of manures than vertical auger spreaders, our unique rotor shreds and spreads manure in a more intensive manner to ensure a faster uptake in crop nutrition, and a reduction in time to grazing.
Hi-Spec Slurry Tanker
SA-S tanker are non-recessed vacuum tankers where the wheels are located outside of the barrel. With capacities from 800 to 2000 gallons (3,637 to 9,092 litres), the SA-S tanker range is designed to meet the needs of smaller farmers. The SA-S range is fitted with an agricultural axle as standard as this range is particularly suited to farmers with little road-work and for carrying smaller capacities.
The SA-R range of vacuum tankers are premium single axle recessed slurry tankers for farmers and contractors alike. The capacities of the SA-R range from 1350 to 3000 gallons (6,137 to 13,784 litres). Sizes from 1350 upwards to 2600 come standard on a stepped axle to dramatically lower the overall height of the tanker. HiSpec also use Alliance tyres as standard on these sizes. Alliance tyres are seen as a premium quality radial tyre for heavy-duty field and hauling jobs.
Hi-Spec Vertical Feeder
Vertical feed mixer single auger: The V series vertical augers from HiSpec are a range of feeders from 7 to 16m³ with a single auger. A single discharge door is standard. The strength and quality of workmanship is easy to see on the V Series. An independent reinforced chassis and a single axle provide a solid base for the feeder body. There is a choice of tyre options to vary either the loading or feedout height. The independent chassis features four Digi-Star weigh-cells as standard; one on each corner; and these weigh-cells provide an extremely accurate indicator of feed weight.
Vertical mixer twin auger: T series vertical auger feeders range in size from 14 to 32m³ with two vertical augers. A single discharge door is standard. The larger capacity T Series can produce feed loads for 98 – 224 cows (140 – 320 cattle). The T Series is built with the same strength in depth as all HiSpec machines. The heavy duty 20mm floor is complete with unique vertical reinforcement as standard across the T Series.
The T Series is ideal for operators where higher work rates and large capacity mixes are required. The T Series is fitted as standard with a heavy duty chassis. A tandem axle is fitted from sizes 27m³ and above. The tandem axle can be fitted for improved manoeuvrability and for travelling on roads.
